People have been debating for the last few decades whether or not eggs are good for us. First they’re bad for us, then they’re good for us, now the white is good for us but the yolk is bad. WHICH IS IT?
Eggs are believed to be bad for us because of one reason: Cholesterol. It is recommended that we limit our intake of dietary cholesterol to 300mg or less per day to help prevent heart disease.
