There’s a lot of buzz going on right now about a 60 Minutes presentation on sugar. To give you this simple version: Sugar is bad. It’s making you fat; it’s giving you pain; it’s giving you diabetes; it’s giving you heart disease; it will kill you if you don’t get it under control. My dad died 2 years ago from a heart attack at the age of 50. He had diabetes, gout, hypertension, and was pretty much walking proof that what Dr. Lustig says is true. Don’t let that happen to you.
