Here’s a great way to give your morning coffee some extra flavor, and not make yourself a diabetic. I started doing this consistently a few days ago and it’s worked great. I find my energy is better, and I look forward to my coffee more than I did when it was black.
Add a scoop of whey protein to your coffee. That’s it. Simple as that. It adds about 20 grams of protein, and tons of flavor, while adding minimal sugar.
If you’re looking to lose weight, 1/2 to 1 scoop per day max. For an extra dose of tastiness, and faster weight loss, add a couple dashes of cinnamon.
