I’ve known for years that cell-phones could be potentially damaging to the brain. However a couple months ago it was finally admitted by the World Health Organization to be a potential carcinogen. This means, that like tobacco, cell phones can potentially cause cancer. However there are a few simple things that you can do to minimize your risk.
1. Use your hands-free. Bluetooth is better than holding your phone next to your head, but something with a cord is best.
2. Text. Texting requires much less energy to complete and keeps the phone further from your body, therefore it is safer. Not only that, but it cuts down on your cell phone minutes too.
3. Do not carry your phone on your hip. In men, it has been demonstraited that carrying your phone on your hip can decrease Testosterone by up to 31%.
4. Use some sort of EMF protection device on your phone. There are may of these devices out on the market. Just google it and your computer might explode.
