I have always had a passion for
and have studied physical
fitness and nutrition ever
since high school. Since
becoming a personal trainer I
have dedicated my career to
helping others reach their
goals by improving their
overall fitness and health,
resulting in a better quality
of life. I place a lot of
emphasis on correct form and
technique to ensure faster
results while also avoiding
injury. There are always new
methods to learn and I am
dedicated to improving my self,
as well as my clients by
attending fitness and nutrition
classes and workshops. My
enthusiasm and motivation are
qualities which will help my
clients achieve the best
results possible while while
also teaching them how to
maintain their newly
achieved level of fitness for
the rest of their
lives.
